We used to have these problems on our STK 9710 library a couple of times
a week for months. After many drives' replacements, tests, microcode
upgrades etc. - it turned out the problem was in the power supply part
of one drive (this is also the part that the drive goes into). Since
this was replaced (4 months ago) it never re-occurred.
