Hi,
Below are the error message that I got from the
specific client that giving this error. The backup
was running succesfully but at the unloading session,
it was giving a problem. I'd verified the SSO
configuration and it was correct. Was was the probelm
? It is because of the drive itself or robotic sense
or time out for robotic to unload the drive ?
