[Veritas-bu] SSO - Config question
2001-07-19 10:05:37
I have SSO installed and a similar problem occurs intermittently on a couple
of NT media servers. Usually I find that there is a bpbrm or bptm process
on the media server that does not die when I stop the NetBackup services. I
kill it, restart the services and all is fine (for a while).

Subject: [Veritas-bu] SSO - Config question
Okay, this isn't brain surgery, I installed SSO
configured the drives and host, etc.
When I test a backup, the job just stays queued.
Any ideas?
It works fine from the master (scan_host), but not from
the other media server. In fact the other media
server's device manager was failing to start. I was
able to get passed that, but now I'm floating in the
queue.
TIA
David
PS. I know I must be missing something simple, but its
late, and I'm very tired.
