There is no error code because it NEVER times out. This not the first
restore attempt. I started one yesterday afternoon which was still hung
this morning.

What is the error code when it finally times out?

Help! I can't restore any files!
All attempts to restore files just hang. The progress log looks like
this:
Restore started Wed Jul 18 07:35:44 2001
07:35:46 (268457.xxx) Restore job id 268457 will require 1 image.
07:35:46 (268457.xxx) Media id CSU110 is needed for the restore.
(Automatic refresh box is checked)
This is how it has looked for 2 hours now and the L3500 tape library
shows no activity.
Backups have been running just fine.
