In my experience, these errors presage disk failures. On the two machines that
had these errors, both disks cratered a month or two after the errors first
appeared...

Anybody here knows what does it mean the next error message?
(it appeared to us few times in the past, but quite commonly in the last
days):

/dir_name/file_name Errno = 23: File table overflow
where xxxxx is the client's name (always is the same client) and
/dir_name/file_name is the directory and file giving the problem
I searched into the veritas's knowledge base, but found nothing (which
wasn't a surprise for me)
