 no simple answer, too many parameters.

 if you've got only one drive, then it should be rather simple
to predicate what tape will be used. but if you have a complicated
setup with multiples drives, multiples retensions & volume
pool, and several concurrent schedules, then it could be impossible.
or it would be easier to project how the tape has been used in
the past.

 whatever, i will do this kind of thing by hand, i don't see
a way to automatise that in a decent time.
