[Veritas-bu] DBBACKUP STATUS

How does one change the status of a tape that should be available for use
that is marked as DBBACKUP?

000161  DLT      TLD      0       137    -       -     -        DBBACKUP
000167  DLT      TLD      0       182    -       -     -        DBBACKUP
000185  DLT      TLD      0       27     -       -     -        DBBACKUP
000246  DLT      TLD      0       51     -       -     -        DBBACKUP
000380  DLT      TLD      0       36     -       -     -        DBBACKUP
100135  DLT      TLD      0       177    -       -     -        DBBACKUP

These tapes have not been used for months and are not even in the netbackup 
pool.  When I attempt to delete them, I receive an error that they're
currently assigned.
