try a "telnet <clientname> bpcd" from the master and see if it is listening
on the port.

I'm attempting a restore from one NT Media server to another and the
restores are stopping at "waiting for media to mount".  They are eventually
failing with "cannot connect to socket".  Any ideas on what could be
happening?
