I created both files on a Solaris 7 box that just had the client
installed.  I created them in /usr/openv/netbackup. In the exclude list
I put "/", in the include list I put /etc/system and /apps.

exclude_list
/

include_list
/etc/system
/apps

I tried to run a manual backup from the server and got a error 71.  Did
I miss a step?  The book made it sound pretty straight forward.
