I had a bpduplicate's bptm process get killed ungracefully. In the
bpduplicate log it said this after it got killed:


15:55:18 INF - Error unlocking backupid: nbclient_0978156289, copy 2:
unable to process request
15:55:19 INF - Duplicate of backup id nbclient_0978156289 failed, unable
to process request (228).

Now I'm unable to find any record of this image at all. Doing a
bpimagelist on it brings up nothing, ditto with doing an images on media
report (I know which media ID the image resides on). I found records of
the image by doing a Media Contents report where it actually reads the
media itself. 

Does anyone know how to 'unlock' this lost image? Does it need to be
imported in?
