Hello,

We are testing SQL-Backtrack interfacing from Oracle to Netbackup DC 3.4
all running on HPUX 11.

I wanted to verify that images which Backtrack expires are properly expired
in Netbackup aswell. I thought running a bpmedialist would show the number
of images on the volumes change as images are expired by Backtrack.
However running a bpmedialist, running dtoexpire from Backtrack , then
running another bpmedialist shows no change in the number of images on the
volumes.

Does this mean Backtrack expiration is not properly being passed through to
Netbackup, or should I be using something other than bpmedialist to verify
this.

Thanks,
Dean
