With my introduction to NDMP I must say I'm sure getting my moneys worth from 
this list now.

Still another NDMP question.

How the heck do you do a restore? I've used the procedures in the NDMP book and 
made sure the Server tab points to the NBU Master and the other two tabs point 
to the NDMP host server. When I submit the restore everything looks OK at the 
start but we end up getting a ERROR 5 (the logs show a STATUS 227) and the docs 
are a little loose in their explanation on what could be going wrong. There's 
also something about an INTERNAL ERROR. The restore is from a snapshot.0 file 
that was backed up a couple of days ago. I've tried restoring to the original 
location, restoring to an alternate location ... etc; and nothing seems to 
work. Does anyone have a good piece of doc that describes the restore process 
for data to a NetApp? I think the problem lies in the fact that I'm trying to 
restore back to the snapshot.0 file. I'm beginning to understand the e-mails 
from a few weeks ago titled "Why I Hate NDMP". This whole process (set-up, 
backup, restore) is certainly not intuitive by any stretch of the imagination. 
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
