No, it does not support Windows 2000 Clients.

3.4 version provides that support.

To my knowledge NBU 3.2 DOES NOT support Windows 2000. I asked this question
of my marketing rep several months ago and discovered I have to upgrade.
They also spent a little time on this subject at the Veritas User Conference

Does anyone know if Netbackup 3.2 supports Windows 2000 clients and have it
running? I know Netbackup 3.4 does support Windows 2000 but We have not 
upgraded to 3.4 yet.
