Well that would be due to the fact that you do not have the catalog backup
configured for the NetBackup dataBases.


if you are using the Java interface it would be under the start menu (i
believe), catalog backup configuration (or something similar).  If you are
using the good ole trusty motif interface (xbpadm) then it would be under
the File menu - Configure NetBackup Database Backup (or something similar).

It is very important that you backup those databases to properly protect
your environment from disaster.

Hey guys,

I would like to know what prompts NB 3.2 to constantly say:

  WARNING: NetBackup database backup is currently disabled

It says so every night, 3-4 times, during backups. The times at which this
happens vary.

Is there a reason?
And is there a way to stop it doing it?
