All,

        I am having issues with the way Netbackup or STK is handling
load/unload failures of tapes.  This platform is an STK9710 with 9840 tape
drives running via F/W Diff SCSI to an R50 AIX machine version 4.3.3.  Has
anyone dealt with this type of issue before? It is causing tape drives to go
offline. I am getting the following error in the errpt log.  Thanks
