[Veritas-bu] User backups and multiplexing

Axel,
There are 2 places to set the MPX level. One is on the storage-unit
definition and the other is on the scheduld definition for that
user-directed backup class. NB will MPX at the min. of either of
these settings. So if you want MPX to occure you need to set the
MPX on the storage-unit to 4 and you need to set the MPX on the
class/schedule to 4 even though that sched. only sends one stream
when you make the call to bpbackup you need to tell NB that it will
allow other steams to join in.
