I can answer my own question now -- anonymously FTP to
ftp.veritas.com, cd to /pub/products.

The file list is by product, for instance you can grab vm.31.list and
vm.304.list.

NetBackup patches are available from ftp.support.veritas.com in
/pub/support/Products, but I'm not sure how to tell the difference
between what I have is Netbackup_for_UNIX or Netbackup_Datacenter.
Any help here appreciated.

Still looking for a good way to determine what patches are available
for the Volume Manager family. Any help here appreciated.
