What Skip is saying is that we don't need to uninstall the 3.2 software as
long as you have a permanent key, and since those who are running 3.4
legally will receive their keys with the software, so this shouldn't be an
issue.  =)

This should be an inplace upgrade. If it is in production, you will need a
production key. That is the only difference.
