Another thing that I just found out yesterday, if you are going to try to
upgrade a 3.2 server to 3.4, it will not let you use the eval key to do it.
You will have to uninstall the 3.2 that is on the server and then install
3.4 clean.  That was kind of a bummer since we were going to try to document
the upgrade process.

Here's the lowdown on 3.4 licensing...

1) The license is NOT tied to a host ID like Volume Manager.
2) An eval key is good for 30 days.
3) The product serial number is embedded in the key.
4) NetBackup will not function at all without either an eval or a
permanenet license key.
5) You will receive a paper certificate with the media that has all the
license keys for NetBackup itself and any ordered options.  You will be
prompted during installation to enter the key(s).
6) Licensing is server-based, i.e. there are no keys required on the
clients.
