I haven't been able to test it yet today, but it looks 
as though there is a registry entry on the NT clients 
that allow you to turn OTM on or off.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VERITAS\NETBACKUP\CURRENTVER
SION\CONFIG\OTM_Use

this entry has a value of YES currently.  I would 
suspect a "NO" would tell it not to use OTM.

I have some tests running right now, otherwise I'd try 
it for you.
