you can execute all of the same commands from the
command line (MS-DOS prompt) as you could from Unix.
for instance, if you want to display the activity
monitor.
VERITAS\netbackup\bin\admincmd\bpdbjobs.exe -report
or
bperror.exe -hoursago 24 -backstat
If want you are looking to do is script this, what I
have decided to do with all of my korn and bourne shell
scripts is re-write them in Perl so I can easily
transport them from platform to platform.
i'm sure there are other ways, but Perl seemed the way
to go for me and my clients.
