Are the two schedule in the same class?  If you do the full in a class call
Full_weekly, and the Cum in a class called INCR_daily, this will happen.

What you need to do is create a class like System_backups inside the class
you have two scheds, Full with a backup type of full, and one called daily
with a backup type of CINC.

Maybe this will do it,

Good afternoon, everyone.  I have something strange going on here.  I am
running cumulative incremental backups, and NetBackup doesn't seem to know
what to back up, and what not to.  There was a successful full backup ran
over the weekend.  I KNOW that there are files being backed up that have
not been changed in over a year.  In defining the files to backup, I just
have / listed, then exclude file systems.  Any ideas?  THANKS!
