Not that i am aware of ... except that your auth codes most likely will become 
invalid.
I am pretty sure that you also have to 'repair' the GSS certificates. But this 
will not affect new backups.

Let me suggest that you swap/update your machines one after the other. 
Otherwise in case of a problem, you might not even be able to state which host 
caused the issue.
