check out and try the "NSR log" resource in the nsrladb 



#/nsr/res>nsradmin -d nsrladb
NetWorker administration program.
Use the "help" command for help, "visual" for full-screen mode.
nsradmin> p type: NSR log
                        type: NSR log;
               administrator: "isroot,host=xxxxxx", "user=root,host=xxxxxx",
                              "user=root,host=localhost";
                    log path: /nsr/logs/daemon.raw;
             maximum size MB: 2;
            maximum versions: 10;
                        name: daemon.raw;
                       owner: NetWorker;
        runtime rendered log: ;
