Weird...
I'm running a 7.6 Console and 'Volume' is a valid column option on the
'Save Sessions' tab for me ...
What do you see when you Right-click in the Save Sessions tab on one of the
column headings? Do you see the following four choices:
"Remove This Column"
"Choose Table Columns..."
"Print... Ctrl-P"
Export
Or do you also see an "Add Columns" choice? I don't see that choice, only the above four.
Apparently, the "Add Columns" choice was added in a later release.
Anyway, I only had to go into the "Choose Table Columns" and add Volume as an
optional column, and that fixed it. But the Volume column wasn't checked by default.

Correct. Thanks.

OK, Duh! I have it now, guys. Sheesh! Thanks to Bingo and Bryan. That
was too obvious. Good grief, Charlie Brown! :-[
I also see that I can adjust the order that the column headings appear
in using the up and down arrows in the list. Nice. That was my next
question.
Bryan, I must be missing something obvious, but I don't see the 'Add
Columns' option, only "Remove This Column", "Choose Table Columns...",
"Print... Ctrl-P" and Export.

Just go to the 'Save Sessions' tab and click the headline. Then

That's it.
Maybe I wasn't clear in my post. I'm under Monitoring, and I select
the 'Save Sessions' tab, but that doesn't show me the volume names.
Instead, it reports the following columns:
Client Name, Save Set, Group, Level, Start Time, Duration, Device,
Rate (KB/S), Size
I also want to be able to see the affected volumes that are being
written to with their respective save sets. How can I report all of that
so I don't have to keep jumping back and forth between windows? Is there
anything in nmc to mimic the nwadmin Sessions window?
