Check duplexing on the NIC on the Oracle server and the switch port for the 
server.

It might be set to half duplex. Try setting both to full  Dup.

I'm running networker 7.6.3.5 and NMDA 1.2.  We have a large database, probably 
around 3TB or better.  It will complete mostly, but error out on a single 
channel for some files.  We've reduced the channels down to 2 and it helped 
some, but we are still seeing database files failing with the below errors.  
Any thoughts?
