Re: [Networker] New bug with NetWorker and DD Boost devices

This is not a bug although EMC states this in an ETA
This is what one would call : works as designed
The problem for networker admins is: They should read what is automatically
done and not depend on Microsoft like 'are you sure' ? questions

Subject: [Networker] New bug with NetWorker and DD Boost devices
Those of you who have NetWorker 7.6.3.4 or earlier versions and use NMC to set
up new Data Domain Boost devices ought to be careful. A bug in NMC will cause
it to relabel an existing DD Boost device when setting up a new one and using
the default option to label and mount the new device. EMC has published a
hotfix for this issue.

On the plus side, today is national donut day in the United States.
