I am confused. I have a tape from a different NW server. I did a scanner
-i on it. To import it into my media. Using mminfo, I listed the clients,
and clientids on that tape volue. I then created a client with that name
and that clientid. Now, however, when I want to go and browse that client,
I get an error saying that "No index was found. You have not backed up any
files from the source machine".
>mminfo -s admnman004 -q "client=Client" -r

Now, I'm guessing that even tho I used "scanner -i" to rebuild the index,
the fact that there were indexes on the tape that are recyclable are my
problem? Will I need to "nsrck -L7" that index off the tape?
What I want and need to do, is browse that "D:" saveset. And even tho the
browse and retention times for both the index and the data saveset have
not yet expired, I will still need the "nsrck -L7", in spite of the
"scanner -i"?
