So you are using the pool ARCHIVIO not ARCHIVE. A tiny but important difference.

And you are querying the media index but in your case you need the file index 
info.

If you do not know anything but the file name, you are in trouble. You can 
search through the file index - which is a pain - but it is possible. However, 
there is one file index for each client. So if you really do not know the 
client, the only choice is to search through ALL client file index databases. 
And this is a nightmare.

So at least you should have a clue from which of your clients this file was 
backed up.
