We upgraded a number of our Solaris 10 systems to 7.6.3.1 and found a problem 
with non root users not being able to recover files, I'm working with EMC on 
this issue.  We see the following:

mikeb@capo:~ $ recover -a .profile
6469:recover: /u/mikeb/.profile not in index
67847:recover: Failed to recover files: Nothing to recover


The problem goes away if I install 7.6.2.6.
