I see the reason most likely reason in the fact that 1 recover command will/can 
only recover 1 save set at a time. To achieve simultaneous processes you must 
start multiple recover commands (for different ssids, of course).

Keeping this in mind, you can of course script a batch file for subsequent 
recover commands.
