[Networker] nsrjobd crashing after 7.6.2.6 and 7.6.3 upgrade

We upgraded to 7.6.2.6.Build.689 and nsrjobd started crashing, hoping 
7.6.3.Build.840 would fix the problem, no such luck.  Anyone else notice 
nsrjobd crashing after upgrading?
