Nobody can explain why this happened. In general, barcodes can be different 
from media labels. 
I just guess it is possible that someone could import a media with the same 
barcode from another datazone just if it has a differen label/volid

You can run "nsrim -X" and try to cross-check the media db. 
Worst case, you must delete the media from the media db and rescan them.
