Why are you quoting the whole thing?  You don't want to do that.

You just want to type

        savegrp -pnv -c fwebi5 -G 0300-int-full

No quotes.  Or if you quote, you quote just the parts that might have
spaces in them.  In this particular command, the only place a space might
legally appear in an argument is in the group name, if you named your
groups like "3AM internal full".
