Hi, I am not able to backup a client. It is a windows client on a solaris host.

The error is as follows:

Error:

Unable to execute savefs job on host fifetchdb1: Couldn't look up the name of 
address: xxx.xx.xx.xx: The requested name is valid, but no data of the 
requested type was found. 

I have checked the ip and reinstalled the client software as well. The 
daemon.log also shows the same error.
The name of the client is also right.

Can someone help me pls. I understand it is a weekend though
