Will definitely do. I think it ended up being simpler than that, an
operator had ejected one of the required volumes.
Interestingly enough, is it a new behavior to lock up the GUI (as in,
the window's titlebar says "Not Responding" and the window has errors
repainting) when waiting for a tape to be loaded from Off-line to
"Near-line"? 7.2 client user interface IIRC would gently print a
message in its progress window of which tape it was waiting on. Maybe
this part is firewall related?
