Hi Michael,

first - save the media. It still contains valid data. 
As soon as you adjust the block size, there should not be any further problem. 
The EMC literature should tell you how to do this.

The block size is set per device and per media (you must relabel a media to 
make the new block size become effective).
No - you should not do this per job but you may of course have 2 devices where 
each of them has a different block size and serves different pools.
