In our 2008R2 or 2003 cluster, I havent noticed anything about files not 
being backed up. 

Could u post your log files ? Maybe its just a warning that i changed 
during save.. 

We are running 7.6.2 all over

Anyone? I tried the antivirus exclusion suggested earlier, but that didn't 

help. I still have open files not being backed up. I do have (or had) the 
Open File Manager, which we used to use under NW 7.3.x. Anyone know if 
that works in NW 7.5.2? (soon to be 7.6.2) Or is there some VSS-related 
configuration I can use? (I can't found anything like that in my searches)

Any advise appreciated.
