Yeah, it seemed fishy to me, too, as if they were grasping at straws for a 
reason.

However, this is a "Business Edition" server, not a "Network Edition" 
server, so maybe that has something to do with it. (we use "Business 
Edition" at our remote sites, rather than storage nodes, because snodes 
depend on connectivity to a main NW server, else a job may not start, 
because the NW server can't order the snode to start. With Business 
Edition, that is not a problem, as it is a self-contained NW server. And 
in our case, there are very few clients at the remote site to backup, at 
most 3 others besides the server, so an 8 license Business Edition works 
well for us).
