Hi,

First think I would confirm that windows firewall is disabled or that NetWorker 
is configured to go through the firewall.

>From a command prompt on the backup server run the following to one of the 
>clients and send the output

C:\>rpcinfo -p <client_name>

And from the client server to the backup server

C:\>rpcinfo -p <backupserver_name>

Backups for windows clients are failing with the below error


logfile has no output
<SEVERE> :  Connection timed out

Please suggets me what should I do to rectify the same...
