Only support for W2K8 is 7.5.3 or 7.6.1. With the small environment I would
recommend 7.6.1, I've done a few installations and heard several other
customers using it without any issues.

We are in the process of upgrading our backup system. Our current system is
Networker 7.5.1.Build.269 on Windows 2003 R2 with an AIT-4 tape library.
Our new system will have an LTO-4 library on Windows 2008 R2. Our backup needs
are simple. We have 18 servers to backup for a total of around 2.5 TB per
week. We have no storage nodes. The only Networker module we use is the
Exchange module.
So my question is: What is the best Networker version at the moment for a
Windows 2008 R2 Networker Server?
