The following message is logged during the recover on the client:

The following error is logged in the Windows Application Event log on
the client:
Application exception occurred:
App: C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin\recover.exe (pid=2944)
When: 3/22/2010 @ 16:04:22.223
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)


Networker Server version is 7.5.2 and Client version was 7.5.2 (was
upgraded to 7.5.3 according to
https://solutions.emc.com/emcsolutionview.asp?id=esg113356 to resolve
this issue, but in vain)
It uses a Avamar Dedupe Node).

Restore of Data Drives like C: \, D:\ are happening fine.. However
restore of VSS System Services, VSS System Fileset, VSS System Boot
freezes saying "Preparing for VSS SYSTEM FILESET recover, please
wait." Meanwhile eventvwr shows that recover.exe is crashing showing
an application error as shown above...


EMC is still working out things at their end. DR is on hold.. Please help
