Hey Mark,
Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but there are several places you
should be able to get these details
1. savegroup completion reports (do you get e-mailed these reports)
2. the messages file (Generally found under <nsr install path>/logs/messages or
the daemon.log or daemon.raw file if its .raw then you will have to use
nsr_render_log to display the file
3. under the <nsr install path>/tmp/sg/<save group name>/sso.<Client name>.xxx

Hi there, i am new to the forum and to netwroker backups in general! however i
have been in over the festive period and our backups are a bit of a mess
really! firstly we couldnt load up the networker console this was due to high
CPU usage on the server 'system idle process' killing the process didnt work as
it just came back, ultimately i had to reboot the server which i didnt want to
do as our monthly backups were running at the time, however! now that i can see
the failed clients i cant see what the failure details are when i double click
on the client for further failure details, has anyone any ideas how i could get
to view / restore the failure details, i havnt came across this before! as i
say iam kinda new to the world of backups and have seen excellent advise on
your forums, i am hoping you can help me!
