[Networker] backup failing with Cannot determine status of probe process

ok, I will sugest client rebooting to our admins
we know that 7.4.4 is no longer supported and we are currently upgrading all
our servers and clients, but it takes time (in our case...lot of time as we
have hundreds of clients)
as per this windows machine...its our clients machine and its up to him to
upgrade it. We have suggested upgrade long time ago, but our client does not
want it.
