>From our experience going from 7.2 to 7.5.1 (which was confirmed by 
support), you'll get a bootstrap regardless. We have always had the server 
in an "all skip" schedule covering all groups that for years suppressed 
redundant bootstrap backups, but following the upgrade it no longer works 
that way. We were told that's just the way it is now.
