I thought that's what I had done, by extending the expiration date of the 
saveset I wanted, into the future. I thought that would make it 
non-expired, and therefore recoverable.
And then the scanner would make it browsable. I'm guessing I am wrong 
about that?

I see that. So what should I have done, before running scanner?
