I believe this could be accomplished by command line but I'm at a loss..

nsrmm is the command to actually mark the volume as recyclable.  Your
jukebox will automatically relabel recyclable volumes as needed.

You'll want to use "mminfo" with some type of criteria to generate the
list of volumes.  What criteria you use is up to you.
