Hi Thierry.

We went from 7.5.1.6 to the original release of 7.5.3 (build 514).
Since the upgrade we have had issues with groups hanging, but we did not have
issues of that kind before. You can see more about that in this thread on this
list:

"NMO module saves sometimes hanging after update to NW 7.5.3"

It seems more sites are affected by it.

Since I upgraded, EMC has released two new builds. Build 531 on Aug 3rd, and
then again build 533 on Aug 9th.

It seems to me that EMC is having problem with this release. I opened a SR at
powerlink and this is what EMC support recommended:

Quote the SR:

" If your NW version 7.5.3.1, kindly be informed NW 7.5.3.1 has been returned
to QA for more testing, and our advice to you is roll back. "

Johannes

All,

I have to move a 744 env from W2K 32bits to W2K8R2 64bits
due to server hardware failure. Having indexes and data on
File devices so should not be a prob.
I am thinking to jump to 75SP3 directly, keeping same server
hostname and IPs.

Did someone already upgrade his prod to (or tested) 75SP3
on W2K8R2 64bits?

Thanks for inputs.

Th
