This appears to be one of the (rare?) cases where a NetWorker error
message is actually pretty clear. The issue appears to be with the -b
"VT Archive LTO4" parameter -- it seems that "VT Archive LTO4" is a
clone pool rather than a backup pool. Try changing the -b parameter to a
backup pool and it should work. Or at the very least you should get a
different error.
