Actually, that sort of error isn't all that bad. What it means is that there
are two files or directories where VSS is advertising that they exist on the
client, but they probably don't.
These files are:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnca001.inf_f6bc159d\Amd64\CNB5JECA.ICM
and
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\prnca001.inf_f6bc159d\Amd64\CNB5JEDA.ICM
If you have administrator access to your Windows 2008 server, log in and verify
for yourself whether or not those two files actually exist on the C:\ drive.
To resolve this problem, you need to set up the Windows 2008 server to skip
backing up the file in question. To do this set the environment variable
NSR_IGNORE_MISSING_SYSTEM_FILES to a value of 1. Then create the file
c:\program files\legato\nsr\res\filesallowedtoskip and in this file, put the
full path of each file and/or directory you need to skip backing up. Make sure
this filesallowedtoskip file does not have an extension on its name. Use
Notepad or another text editor to create or update this file. After you set
that environment variable, you need to restart the NetWorker Remote Exec
service from the services menu. You can create this environment variable by
going to the system control panel and clicking on advanced tab. Note that this
is a system environment variable, so be sure to put it in the system section
and set it to a value of 1.
